Each of the 14 flats has a living room. In some of the flats this includes the kitchen, in other flats the kitchens are separate. The kitchens are fully fitted with a stove and fridge freezer. Each flat has its own bedroom and bathroom.
There is a separate laundry room for the use of the 14 flats.
Because Edward Alleyn House is a Grade II listed building there are limitations upon the adaptations the Charity can make to the flats. Nevertheless the Charity is committed to ensure that the flats are well maintained and steadily improved to meet the changing needs of the residents, and that the they provide comfortable homes.
In recent years the heating and hot water systems have been renewed, walk-in baths have also been provided. There is a regular programme of redecoration, which incorporates upgrading kitchens and other fittings.
